On the afternoon of April 25, young entrepreneurs of Nguyen Sieu joined a workshop on International Trade with Junior Achievement Vietnam's representatives - Mr. Joe Swartz. The workshop provided them with the most updated news on the FedEx Express / JA International Trade (ITC) (the biggest International Trade competition for high-school students), as well as essential knowledge and skills in International Trade.

If they have no experience in business, students can easily get confused when it comes to International Trade Challenge. Understanding this, Nguyen Sieu has collaborated with Junior Achievement, a non-governmental organization, to organize a workshop to provide basic International Trade concepts and practical market-entry strategy examples of different products such as shoes, coffee, and fitness app. The workshop aims to help students feel more confident in tackling the challenges at the ITC.

Mr. Joe Swartz - JA Vietnam's representative, was very impressed Nguyen Sieu students' creativity. Although it is the first year our students have ever joined this competition, JA Vietnam has received a lot of application forms from Nguyen Sieu.

Students worked in groups and presented their market-entry strategies for the chosen product under the supervision of Mr. Joe Swartz

FedEx Express/JA International Trade Competition is an annual competition organized by JA Vietnam to nurture the entrepreneurial spirit and skills for high school students. Sequentially, students will go through 2 elimination rounds in order to select the best teams for the national round. 3 winning teams will join the Asian-Pacific ITC in Singapore in August 2019.

The national brief of the competition this year is to develop a market-entry strategy for a beauty product, targeting Indonesians.
