Today 5/4, Macleans College's International Student Manager - Mr. Patrick Lau came to Viet Nam met Nguyen Sieu grade 7-11 students to prepare them on their upcoming study tour in New Zealand from April to July 2019.
- What subjects should I choose when taking study tour in New Zealand?
- What should I pay attention to when living with host families?
- What will be the timeline for classes and activities?
Every concern regarding the upcoming short-course was cleared out in the information seminar
Before that, on 21/2, the Macleans College Study Abroad Conference was held at Nguyen Sieu School to introduce the New Zealand study tour from April to July to parents and students.
Until now, Nguyen Sieu is the only Vietnamese school to sign an annual partnership agreement on educational exchange with Macleans College (New Zealand). Accordingly, from mid-April to July, Macleans will receive Nguyen Sieu students to the college and enable them to have hands-on experience of studying abroad.
At the seminar, the group of students who participated in Macleans study tour in 2017 summer (including Mai Binh, Cam Thy, and Viet Anh) shared their experiences, feelings, and achievements after the program. Their commonalities are the gratitude for New Zealand people's hospitality, and memorable impression on the top-notch education system of the country as well as lessons on cultural diversity. Most of the students shared that they desired to become international students in New Zealand in the future.
